Archive 2008:

2008 ... year overfilled with energy and creativity, travel a lot and breathtaking new impressions (sometimes even given by the old familiar favorite places like... Frankfurt!!! and some more)... I had to be so concentrated (KONZENTRIEREN!!!) to keep the right energy for everything - making the album with MY BAND! "M-FACE" and also working as a member of the "Esperanto" band of Leonid Agutin and Angelika Varum ...there is a lot of good words to say, but I think the well-done things as shows/records speak for themselves... the only thing I wished for - to have more than just 24 hours a day!!!

Event of the year: "NEW WAVE 2008" Music Festival in Latvia;

Impression of the year: Aschaffenburg!!! (a beautiful place in Germany where my new friends live)

Diana Polenova & "M-FACE" band signed an agreement with BlissTunes Recording Corp. (Los Angeles, California)! Two tracks composed by Diana and performed by "M-FACE" were included in "Compilation" CDs, dedicated to contemporary smooth-jazz music worldwide.

again, with a big pleasure, I joined "Esperanto" band for the tour over America. Leonid Agutin & Angelica Varum and "Esperanto" played in New-York, Philadelphia and Miami...and everywhere the show was sold out...and the audience danced at the concert hall...

Impressions: I had a rare pleasure to be at the performance of Dave Koz (USA; 6 "Grammy" Awards winner). Concert of Dave, Jeff Lorber, Will Kennedy and "Trans Atlantic" band, organized by the leader of the "TA" band Sergey Chipenko, was again a perfect example of the highest-level artistry and virtuosity! Thank you all for that amazing evening!
